During this launch phase, we are working hard behind the scenes to re-credential with insurance networks. Because this administrative process takes a little time, we are temporarily unable to bill insurance directly and are operating on a self-pay [cash, card or money order] basis for all exams unless we are approved for your specific plan.
We know how important insurance coverage is, and we are working diligently to get back in-network as quickly as possible. As soon as we are fully approved by each insurance, we will list them right here on this page, so please check back regularly for updates!
Please note, if an insurance plan is listed we still need to verify active coverage as each insurance company has different plans that we may or may not be
in-network providers with.

Payment & Reimbursement Options:
While we wait for our official credentials to clear, we want to keep care accessible for everyone. We offer two options for your exams:
Option 1: Time of Service Discount
If you prefer to pay out-of-pocket and bypass insurance entirely, we offer a reduced flat rate due at the time of your exam.
Please note: If you choose this discounted rate, we cannot issue a superbill, and this visit cannot be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.Option 2: Standard Rate [Superbill Eligible]
If you wish to attempt to claim this visit on your insurance, you may pay our standard exam rate at the time of service. We will gladly provide you with a Superbill [an itemized receipt with all necessary medical codes] upon request, which you can submit directly to your insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement or credit toward your deductible.
